J. Wright Roofing Ltd. offers to its employees 16+ an apprenticeship scheme in cooperation with Construction Industry Training Board.

We aim our apprentices to gain professional qualifications and skills and therefore we are happy to contribute to local community development.

In June 2008, J. Wright Roofing won two National Construction College Awards in two categories:

Roof Slating & Tiling - First Year - Mr. Billy Marr - Winner
Roof Slating & Tiling - Second Year - Mr. Linden Blackwood - Nominated
Roof Slating & Tiling - Third Year - Mr. Ashley Kennie - Winner

The National Roofing College

(East Midlands Region)

J. Wright Roofing is currently in process of setting up a specialist Roofing and Slating college in Nottinghamshire in conjunction with West Nottinghamshire College, Mansfield and ncn Basford Hall College. We are hoping the college will be ready for the first intake in January 2010 - we will keep you updated on this project.
